Knowing Guests Characteristics • One or two person, older households, retired or approaching retirement age • Seeking structure and security they are often resistant to innovation • Caring and dependable, they often work for the common good of their community of interest • Value their autonomy and the freedom to select quality over price when they choose to do so • Conservative, organised, subjective, most important goal in life is to be secure
