Orion Expedition Cruises host a number of information events throughout Austraila and New Zealand each year. These evenings are a great way for you and your clients to learn more about expedition cruising, Orion and the remote destinations we visit...and a great way for you to earn commission!

What is an Orion Information Evening

Orion Expedition Cruises pride themselves in hosting successful information evenings. These evenings are set up to allow agents to invite their clients along to learn more about luxury expeditions in a relaxed atmosphere.

On your arrival you will be greeted with beverages and canapés followed by an informative presentation by Orion's knowledgeable staff to share their exciting adventures. On completion of the presentation there is more hospitality and the chance to register your clients interest in an adventure should they wish to book on the night.

How do Agents Benefit from our Information Evenings

We have tried to identify who the typical Orion guest is to help you find the perfect clients for our product. After identifying the clients you wish to invite, simply send out an event invitation. You may also wish to include the Calendar of Sailings detailing the itineraries which may be of interest.

Once your client has confirmed they want to attend the evening, just let us know and we will record they are your client. We always enjoy it when travel consultants can come to our information evenings, but if you are unable to attend and have a client in mind who would like to attend, please send them along and we will look after them on your behalf.

If your client makes a booking on the night, we will send you a booking confirmation the following day - once the booking is confirmed and paid for, you will receive your commission as normal.

How do Agents Register Their Clients

Once your client has confirmed they would like to come to the information evening, simply call 1300 361 012 to speak to our reservation team or email with client details, your details and the event they wish to attend.
